Refund and Returns

At Arlo Routes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below is the policy for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

2. How to Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damaged/defective item.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage/defect, we will issue a refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Cash on Delivery).
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, or if the item is opened or used beyond the intended purpose.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If your item is eligible for a return, Arlo Routes will cover the return shipping cost. In the case of a non-defective return, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
